What is Qigong (“Chee-gong”)?
Qigong, (also known as Chi Kung, Chi Gong, and a variety of other spellings), is an ancient Taoist healing art form developed over 2,000 years ago and evolved forward over time by millions of practitioners, masters, and healers. Today there are thousands of different types of Qigong designed to support you in developing inner awareness, grow your physical and spiritual energy reserves, ground in your body, and heal.
About the Mp3s
I created these Qigong Mp3s as energetic tools for your self-healing. The practices are divided into packages based on themes. Once you’ve downloaded a package or two, feel free to use the practices creatively—you could do one practice a day and rotate through them all, you could pick one you really enjoy and commit to that practice for 40 days, you could have one practice that you do in the morning and another you do at night, or you could do several practices in one session.
